- What is your emergency response time, and do you cover weekends? A stuck dock door stops receiving entirely.
- Do you stock parts for my door make and model, or does every repair become a special order?
- For a new patio or service opening: does the door need engineering drawings for the building department, and do you provide them?
- Do you service rolling security grilles and counter shutters as well as overhead doors?
- Is there a preventive maintenance agreement, and does it move me up the queue on emergency calls?
