Everything we publish that has a date on it — 2 annual deadlines that carry a real penalty, and 7 events worth an operator’s time. 9 entries in total. Read the list first; subscribe if it earns a place in your calendar.

A downloaded file is a snapshot and goes stale the day we add something. Subscribing to the same URL means new entries appear on their own, and the annual deadlines repeat every year without you touching them.

Annual deadlines
These repeat every year and each one carries a penalty for missing it. In the feed they recur automatically, with a reminder 30 days ahead.

Recurring markets appear at their season opener with the cadence in the description — we know the season, we have not verified every individual Saturday, and inventing a weekly repeat we did not check would be the wrong kind of tidy.

What is deliberately not in here
Anything we could not source. Two deadlines operators genuinely need — Ohio liquor permit renewal, which varies by district, and the BWC payroll true-up, which appears to have moved from August 15 to August 31 — are missing because the state pages we needed were unreachable when we checked and the secondary sources disagreed. A date you plan around is worse than no date if it is wrong. If you know either of them firsthand, tell us and they go in with the attribution.
Every entry links to where the claim came from. Deadlines and event schedules change; confirm anything you are about to depend on with the agency or the organizer.
